In FDIE, every person who can sign in uses a seat, regardless of role. Pending invitations reserve capacity. This differs from Code Security, where dashboard-only members are free and CLI-capable developers are billed.

Each newly uploaded firmware image uses one analysis in its upload month, measured in UTC. Failed analyses do not count. Deleting an image does not restore its allowance. Rechecks of retained images for updated intelligence and comparisons of already analysed releases do not use a new-image analysis. Allowances reset on the first of each month and do not roll over, including on annual subscriptions.

New uploads are blocked when the monthly analysis allowance is exhausted until the next month or an administrator adds a pack. Retained storage has its own allowance. Image-size, rate and concurrency limits also apply to protect the service; they do not create an automatic overage invoice. The current limits are shown in the application or agreed for your deployment.

Administrators can manage seats, storage and analysis packs in Settings → Billing. Additions take effect at once: a new billing period starts that day, charged less the unused part of the current one. Fewer seats or less storage is credited against future charges as shown before confirmation; fewer analysis packs is not credited, because the month's analyses are available as soon as they are bought, and is changed on its own, without adding seats or storage. You cannot reduce seats or storage below what is already in use. Review the quoted total before approving a change.

No. Self-service is paid at checkout, and the first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee: within 14 days of that payment, if your organisation has analysed three or fewer new images, an administrator can have it refunded in full from Settings → Billing. The refund ends the subscription at once. The guarantee covers the first payment only, once per organisation and per person; renewals and later capacity charges are not covered. There is no ongoing free tier. An Enterprise evaluation can instead be arranged for 14 days without automatic paid conversion; dedicated and on-premises proof-of-concept terms are agreed separately.

Self-service uses the shared cloud in India. Enterprise can use shared hosting, an agreed dedicated deployment, or a customer-operated on-premises environment. Dedicated location, backup scope and support are recorded in the Order Form before provisioning. The provider register explains processing that may occur outside the storage region.

Both FDIE options include the product capabilities: static and supported dynamic analysis, Delta Intelligence, FunctionDiff, threat review, framework evidence, SBOM/CBOM/VEX exports, SSO and API access. Enterprise changes resources, deployment, commercial terms and support. Image compatibility, configured identity-provider support and analysis coverage still apply.

Dodo Payments sells online subscriptions as merchant of record in US dollars and handles taxes, receipts, card details and the billing portal. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel in Settings → Billing; access continues through the paid term. Enterprise is invoiced by MAGDOX Private Limited, with currency and bank-transfer terms agreed in the Order Form. The money-back guarantee and other refund rights are in the Terms of Service, Section 6.6, and any applicable law.
