Yes. You can move from Starter to Pro or Growth at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. To move to Enterprise, contact our sales team - you will choose between shared SaaS and on-premise deployment as part of onboarding.

If you reach your plan's monthly firmware upload limit, you can either upgrade to a higher tier for the rest of the billing cycle or purchase additional uploads on demand. We notify you before you hit the limit so analyses are never interrupted mid-cycle.

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% on both Pro and Growth versus paying month-to-month: Pro is $4,999/year (vs $5,988/year monthly) and Growth is $8,999/year (vs $10,788/year monthly). Enterprise includes all Growth features, our highest seat and file size tier, Keycloak SSO (OIDC/SAML) to broker any enterprise IdP (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud, ADFS), a dedicated deployment team, and a custom SLA.
